Pilates is a beautiful and evolving body conditioning exercise system, which has over 30 mat exercises and utilises several pieces of equipment. It is rehabilitative in nature and has a strong emphasis on developing core strength.
I teach in a rehabilitative and methodical way, addressing each individuals’ unique physical and emotional needs. Working one to one, or in small groups, I create programmes with specific goals that we work towards over a given time scale.
I believe that deep awareness and inner relaxation are key elements of mind/body health. Balance is at the heart of this inner awareness. I aim to balance your muscles and mind with your spirit and have them all working together in synergy.
